Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and chopped green onions until well combined and bubbly.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, place about two tablespoons of the filling in the center, fold the corners in, and roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown or bake in the oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
