Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup chocolate yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon gelatin or agar-agar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash and dry the blueberries gently, mashing a portion if desired for a smoother texture.
- In a bowl, combine the chocolate yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- If using gelatin, bloom it according to package instructions. For agar-agar, simmer it as directed.
- Add the bloomed gelatin or melted agar-agar to the yogurt mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and chill for at least 4-6 hours until firm.
- Run a knife along the sides to remove from the pan, slice, and serve.
Notes
Allow the yogurt brick to chill for longer for the best texture. Use high-quality ingredients for optimal flavor.
