  • Total Time: 375 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup chocolate yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin or agar-agar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the blueberries gently, mashing a portion if desired for a smoother texture.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. If using gelatin, bloom it according to package instructions. For agar-agar, simmer it as directed.
  5. Add the bloomed gelatin or melted agar-agar to the yogurt mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and chill for at least 4-6 hours until firm.
  7. Run a knife along the sides to remove from the pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

Allow the yogurt brick to chill for longer for the best texture. Use high-quality ingredients for optimal flavor.
