Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract; stir until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.
  5. Spoon the batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Notes
