- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup Oreos, roughly chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with muffin cups.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly, then add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together using a spatula until just combined.
- Add the chopped Oreos to the batter, folding them in gently.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute eggs with flaxseed and buttermilk with a homemade alternative using milk and vinegar.
