Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou)
  • 1 cup goat cheese, soft or crumbled
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or nutmeg)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the core.
  3. Arrange the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon goat cheese into the hollowed-out center of each pear.
  5. Sprinkle cranberries over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle honey over the pears.
