- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Fresh herbs (optional, like thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and cranberry sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Add half of the shredded cheese, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in the nuts and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth down the top. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before serving with crackers, baguette, or fresh veggies.
Notes
Prepare the dip a day in advance for convenience. Just combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to bake.
