Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Fresh herbs (optional, like thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and cranberry sauce. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add half of the shredded cheese, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in the nuts and green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth down the top. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the dip.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow cooling for a few minutes before serving with crackers, baguette, or fresh veggies.
