Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie Cheese
- 1 sheet of Puff Pastry
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1 Egg, for egg wash
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to add chopped nuts or dried fruits inside the pastry for added texture and flavor.
