Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie Cheese
  • 1 sheet of Puff Pastry
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 Egg, for egg wash
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
