- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 large eggs

- Sea salt, to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill), for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the butter: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toast the sourdough: Add the sourdough slices to the skillet and toast for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Fry the eggs: Cook the eggs in the skillet to your preferred doneness, ideally sunny-side up.
- Assemble: Place the eggs atop the toasted sourdough and sprinkle with sea salt and fresh herbs.
- Serve and enjoy: Serve warm with the yolk runny.
