Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine cranberry juice and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Just before serving, gently pour in chilled sparkling water.
- Serve in tall glasses filled with ice, and garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint.
Notes
For added sweetness, consider incorporating honey or agave syrup, and ensure any added sweeteners are mixed into the juice before adding sparkling water.
