- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and transfer it into a mixing bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, minced garlic, herbs, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt, pepper, and desired seasonings; adjust to taste.
- Form the mixture into patties about ½ inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked patties to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, try incorporating grated cheese or diced jalapeños into the mixture. Ensure the skillet is hot to achieve even cooking.
