Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 ciabatta rolls or brioche buns
  • 1 lemon, for squeezing

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Set up a dredging station with plates of flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  3. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes per side.
