Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the onions into thin rings, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg.
- Dip each onion ring into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Arrange coated rings on the baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
