Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, add maple syrup, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes; cook until bubbling.
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Layer bacon on each baguette slice, drizzle with glaze, and top with cheese and herbs.
- Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese softens.
- Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
