- 10 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking tray and score the top in a crisscross pattern.
- Mix cranberries, toasted pecans, and honey in a bowl, then spoon the mixture onto the scored Brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers, apple slices, or toasted baguette slices.
