- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Crackers or veggie sticks for serving
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and cheddar until smooth.
- Fold in minced garlic, herbs, and spices.
- Form small balls from the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Roll each ball in chopped nuts or a mixture of herbs and spices.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up and meld flavors.
- Serve with crackers or veggie sticks and enjoy!
