Ingredients
- 1 whole sea bream, cleaned and scaled
- 1 lemon, juiced and sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sea bream on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the marinade over it.
- Scatter fresh herbs and arrange lemon slices over the fish.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve garnished with additional herbs and alongside your favorite roasted vegetables or a Greek salad.

Make sure to use fresh fish for the best flavor. Adjust the garlic and herbs according to your preference.
