Ingredients

  • 1 whole sea bream, cleaned and scaled
  • 1 lemon, juiced and sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the sea bream on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the marinade over it.
  5. Scatter fresh herbs and arrange lemon slices over the fish.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
