  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles to wrap around the sausages.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder to create the glaze.
  4. Place a sausage at one end of a pastry rectangle, spoon a touch of glaze over it, then roll tightly and seal with a pinch, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush each pastry with some glaze for browning.
