- 2 corn tortillas
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillets into strips.
- In a shallow dish, mix crumbled feta, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
- Dip each fish strip into the egg mixture, then coat with the feta mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Warm corn tortillas in another skillet for a few seconds on each side.
- Layer crispy fish in tortillas and top with avocado slices, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve with optional toppings like sliced radishes or creamy sauces.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the pan when frying to achieve perfect crispy fish.
