Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 2 cups dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Add peppermint extract and stir until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into small discs, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each chilled patty into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  5. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy with a warm cup of tea or as gifts!
