Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 2 cups dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Add peppermint extract and stir until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small discs, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled patty into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
- Enjoy with a warm cup of tea or as gifts!
Notes
Sift powdered sugar for a smoother filling and be cautious not to overheat the chocolate.
