Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Pineapple, sliced into thick rounds
- 1/2 cup Full-Fat Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- A pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the fresh pineapple and remove the core.
- Brush both sides of the pineapple slices with melted butter and brown sugar mixture.
- Grill the pineapple for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix coconut cream with a pinch of salt.
- Serve the grilled pineapple hot, drizzled with coconut cream.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in a dash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon in the coconut cream. This dish pairs well with grilled meats or as a dessert with vanilla ice cream.
