Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Pineapple, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1/2 cup Full-Fat Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • A pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the fresh pineapple and remove the core.
  3. Brush both sides of the pineapple slices with melted butter and brown sugar mixture.
  4. Grill the pineapple for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  5. In a bowl, mix coconut cream with a pinch of salt.
  6. Serve the grilled pineapple hot, drizzled with coconut cream.
