Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh watermelon, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- A splash of water
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Cut watermelon into chunks, removing the rind.
- Blend the watermelon chunks in a blender until smooth. Strain if a pulp-free juice is desired.
- Add lime juice to the blender and mix briefly.
- Taste and adjust lime or sweetener as needed.
- Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve over ice, garnished with lime wedges or mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For a twist, substitute lime juice with lemon juice. Use chilled water for adjusting consistency.
