  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay out a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly over the tortilla, leaving about an inch at the edges.

  4. Scatter fresh herbs over the salmon, followed by the crunchy vegetables.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice or dressing.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the edges as you go.
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and enjoy fresh or chilled!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, swap cream cheese with hummus. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 2 days.
