Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream or sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker insert with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Pour half of the chocolate batter into the slow cooker, drizzle with heavy cream, then add the remaining batter.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving; drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.
