- 2 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
- Scallions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wings in small batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer wings to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Sprinkle with more salt and chopped scallions before serving hot.
Notes
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to avoid soggy wings. Experiment with spices to make it your own!
