Ingredients
- 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
- 15 Oreo Cookies, crushed
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into small chunks, reserving some for topping.
- Let the vanilla ice cream soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream and most of the crushed Oreos, folding gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, sprinkle reserved Oreo chunks on top, and press down slightly.
- Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
Notes
For a swirly effect, drizzle chocolate sauce into the mixture before freezing. Use airtight containers to store for longer freshness.
