Ingredients

  • 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 15 Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into small chunks, reserving some for topping.
  2. Let the vanilla ice cream soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the softened ice cream and most of the crushed Oreos, folding gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, sprinkle reserved Oreo chunks on top, and press down slightly.
  5. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
