- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon or sausage
- 2 oz cream cheese
- Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or dill)
- Optional toppings: sliced avocado, sautéed mushrooms, or fresh greens
Instructions
- Toast the bagels until golden brown.
- Cook the bacon or sausage in a skillet until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- In the same skillet, whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, then scramble until fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese on one half of the toasted bagel.
- Add scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and any additional toppings.
- Top with the other half of the bagel and serve warm, cut in half if desired.
