- 1/2 cup Raspberry Preserves or Puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Gradually add in the flour and mix well, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, microwave raspberry preserves slightly to make swirling easier.
- Form the dough into a log shape on parchment paper and spread raspberry preserves on top.
- Use a knife to create swirls with the preserves.
- Slice the dough into rounds (about 1/2 inch thick) and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
