Ingredients
- 12 cocktail sausages
- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
- Place a sausage at one end of each rectangle and roll tightly, sealing edges.
- Mix maple syrup and garlic powder, and brush the mixture over each wrapped sausage.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute sausage with mini hot dogs or chunks of cheese. Serve with an array of dips for extra flavor.
