Ingredients

  • 12 cocktail sausages
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  3. Place a sausage at one end of each rectangle and roll tightly, sealing edges.
  4. Mix maple syrup and garlic powder, and brush the mixture over each wrapped sausage.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
