Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-rolled puff pastry
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh herbs (optional): rosemary or thyme
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a small cube of brie on each square and add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top.
- If using herbs, sprinkle over the cranberry sauce.
- Pinch the corners of the pastry squares together to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a stronger flavor, substitute brie with camembert. Fresh herbs are optional but add freshness.
