Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler or microwave, heat until melted.
  3. Add Peppermint Flavor: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract once melted.
  4. Spread into the Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Prepare the White Chocolate Layer: Melt white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk; stir in the rest of the peppermint extract.
  6. Layer the White Chocolate: Pour this over the semi-sweet mixture and spread gently.
  7. Create the Swirl: Use a knife to gently swirl the layers together.
