A creamy and fluffy salad that beautifully balances sweet and tart flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • Total Time: 120 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep the cranberries by rinsing and removing stems. Chop or pulse for a smoother consistency if desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Mix until creamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Add cranberries, drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and nuts. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with extra nuts before serving and enjoy!

Notes

For a tangier taste, Greek yogurt can replace whipped topping. Ensure to drain crushed pineapple well to prevent sogginess.
