Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon. Brush the pastry with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
