- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter, then mix in milk and vanilla extract.
