Ingredients

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, and herbs.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Generously brush the honey mustard glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and opaque.
  6. Optional: Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
