Ingredients
- 4 fresh salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, and herbs.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Generously brush the honey mustard glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and opaque.
- Optional: Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Drizzle any reserved glaze over the top before serving.
Notes
Check the salmon for doneness, and allow it to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
