Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk (or alternative)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and chia seeds if using.
- Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into individual jars or containers.
- Cover with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, stir the oats and top with your favorite toppings such as nuts, seeds, or caramelized pecans.
