- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- Buffalo sauce
- Flour or whole-wheat tortillas
- Fresh vegetables (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat with breadcrumbs, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat buffalo sauce with melted butter until well blended.
- Slice chicken into strips, lay out a tortilla, and spread dressing in the center.
- Add crispy chicken, fresh veggies, and drizzle buffalo sauce.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Toast the wrap seam side down in a heated skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice in half or serve whole with extra veggies and dressing on the side.
