Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed pretzels (small chunks, not fine crumbs)
- ¾ cup freeze-dried strawberries (lightly crushed)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional, plus extra for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Stir in pretzels, strawberries, and white chocolate chips.
- Drop 2 tbsp dough balls onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers look soft.
- Let cool on wire rack. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill dough for 30 minutes before baking. Don’t crush pretzels too finely to preserve crunch.
