Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
