- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and diced strawberries gently.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
