- 1 lb Flank, sirloin, or ribeye steak
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce

- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Grated ginger
- 2 cups Jasmine or sushi rice
- 2 cups Mixed bell peppers, onions, and carrots
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or sour cream
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
- Marinate the Steak: Place your sliced steak into the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours.
- Cook the Rice: Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Cook it according to package instructions, adding salt.
- Sauté the Vegetables: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté your chosen vegetables until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Cook the Steak: In the same pan, cook the marinated steak slices over high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Prepare the Spicy Cream Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with gochujang, lime juice, and honey. Adjust spice level to taste.
- Assemble Your Bowls: In serving bowls, layer rice, sautéed vegetables, and cooked steak. Drizzle spicy cream sauce on top.
- Garnish: Finish with sesame seeds, green onions, or fresh herbs.
