Ingredients
- 12 large fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Wash your strawberries gently in cool water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Cut off the green tops and scoop out a bit of the interiors with a small melon baller or a spoon.
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the chopped herbs into the cream cheese mixture, adding a pinch of salt.
- Fill the hollowed strawberries with the creamy mixture using a piping bag or small spoon.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
