- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Combine yeast with warm water and let it sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
- Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and reduce for 2-3 minutes before adding herbs and seasoning.
- Roll the risen dough into small balls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake until golden brown and drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the warm rolls.
Notes
Avoid over-kneading the dough for best results. Let the sauce stay warm before serving.
