Ingredients
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 100g Pepperoni, sliced
- 100g Salami, sliced
- 100g Capicola, sliced
- 100g Roast beef, sliced
- 200g Provolone cheese, shredded
- 200g Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Sweet bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup Onions, sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the hoagie rolls in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Sauté the chopped bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms in a skillet with olive oil until tender. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Layer the meats on the bottom half of each hoagie roll, followed by the sautéed veggies. Drizzle marinara sauce generously over the top.
- Cheese it with provolone and mozzarella, and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
- Top it off with the top half of each roll and brush the outside lightly with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the bread is golden brown.
- Slice and serve with a side salad or crispy fries.
