- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep your shrimp by thawing if frozen and patting dry.
- Make the sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Sauté the shrimp in butter over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Add the honey-garlic sauce, reduce heat, and stir to coat the shrimp.
- Finish with green onions before serving.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
