Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Rest the dough covered with a towel for 15-20 minutes.
- Roll the dough into four circles about ΒΌ inch thick.
- Cook each flatbread in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, brush with garlic butter after cooking. Adjust the thickness of the flatbreads as desired.
