Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: Wash and dry your lettuce leaves. Gather all filling ingredients and slice them into thin pieces.
- Soften the rice paper wrappers: Fill a shallow dish with warm water and dip one rice paper wrapper for 10-15 seconds until softened.
- Add the fillings: Start with a lettuce leaf, then layer in vegetables, herbs, and protein.
- Roll it up: Fold the sides over the filling and roll from the bottom up tightly.
- Serve with dipping sauce: Place finished rolls on a platter with dipping sauces.
