- 1 lb boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
- 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather and wash all ingredients, chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, zest and juice lemon, and chop herbs.
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and lemon: Stir in minced garlic, cook until fragrant (about 40 seconds), then add lemon zest and juice.
- Combine everything: Toss pasta into the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Finish with fresh herbs: Stir in chopped herbs and grated Parmesan, adjust seasoning, and add extra lemon juice if desired.
- Serve with love: Plate the pasta, garnish with Parmesan and black pepper, and enjoy warm.
Notes
