Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and shallots, sautéing for another 2 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Combine the sautéed mushrooms on top of the chicken, pour in heavy cream, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
