Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Clean and devein the shrimp. Mince the garlic, grate the Parmesan, and chop the parsley.
- Heat your skillet: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until bubbling.
- Sauté the garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp: Add the shrimp in a single layer, cooking for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Add cheese and season: Lower heat, sprinkle Parmesan over shrimp, stir gently to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish and serve: Turn off the heat, stir in parsley, and serve immediately!
