- Sear the scallops: Gently place scallops in the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on one side.
- Flip and add flavor: Flip the scallops, add minced garlic and herbs, spoon the foaming butter over them, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Finish with lemon: Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the scallops before serving.
