Instructions

  2. Prepare the cabbage by slicing it into thin strips.
  3. Sauté the onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  4. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  5. Add the tomato paste, thyme, pepper, and paprika to the beef mixture.
  6. Layer half of the cabbage in a greased baking dish, then top with the beef mixture and remaining cabbage.
